♦ 15 ambulances stand ready at different places in the district. Maternal cases communicated to Integrated Ambulace Service are brought to the nearest Hospital.
Child Stabilization Centre
♦ Children suffering from malnutrition are treated in Child Stabilization Centre
♦ 06 Help Desks are present in the Hospital for guidance of patients.
♦ Facilitators are present at main-gate to help the patients to get to Emergency Department on strechers/ wheel chairs.
Biometric Attendance System
Biometric Attendance System is implemented in DHQ Hospital Hafizabad. In our facility 10 biometric machines are installed. This system enables us to maintain employee attendance record of more than 450 employees in our DHQ Hospital. Biometric system helps in timely attendance of staff due to biometric feature i.e. thumb scan. It also covers time management solutions like duty roaster of the staff.
Public Adress System
Public Adress System or electronic sound amplification and distribution system with a microphone is also implemented in DHQ Hafizabad. PA Systems are used to speak to a large public in the hospital. PA system is used for announcements of movement’s at large and noisy area, such as OPDs, IPDs and Emergency.
In security management system we have 48 CCTV cameras in DHQ Hafizabad covering various areas of the hospital like "Emergency, Main-gate, Children Nursery, Medical Wards, Parchi counters etc."
Prescription Management Information System
Prescription Management Information System is implemented in DHQ Hafizabad. Information on a medicine prescription includes a specification of the compound, quantity, and instructions. A patient presents a prescription to a pharmacy to get the medicines. The pharmacy representative gives that slip to the data entry operators. We have 7 data entry operators in DHQ Hospital Hafizabad to feed the prescription information on PMIS Portal
Queue Management System
Manual OPD System will be replaced with Queue Management System.Manual registration of OPD patient will be computerized. All the patient will visit respected doctor on their turn.There will be control entry and exit mechanism for the patients.
Citizen Feedback Monitoring Program
Citizen Feedback Monitoring Program (CFMP) is a feedback gathering mechanism that seeks feedback from citizens who utilize public services. The collected feedback is then analysed with the intent of identifying problem areas and assisting relevant officials in taking evidence based corrective measures.
